DELIVERABLES: 25 - 35 professionally edited, high-resolution aerial photos. Roughly 60 second cinematic highlight video clip. Or 40+ photos if you do not wish to have video.

Signature Cinematic
DESCRIPTION: A full-service marketing package including sweeping videos and detailed stills.
DELIVERABLES: 25 - 40 professionally edited, high-resolution aerial photos. 2 - 3 minute video tour / highlight video as well as property boundary overlays.

2.) Commercial & Specialized Services
Site Progress / Inspection
DESCRIPTION: Monitoring construction progress, roof inspections, etc.
DELIVERABLES: Raw high-resolution footage and photos delivered digitally for technical review.
PRICE: $125.00/hour (2-hour minimum)
Event Documentation
DESCRIPTION: The most popular option for listings needing both stills and motion.
DELIVERABLES: Custom package based on event duration and required output (stills, video, or both).
PRICE: Starting at $350.00
3.) Add-Ons & Extras
Expedited 24-Hour Delivery
DESCRIPTION: Guaranteed delivery of all final files within 24 hours of flight completion (standard is 48–72 hours).
PRICE: $75.00
Raw Footage Delivery
DESCRIPTION: Provide all original, unedited video footage and photo files in addition to the final edited product.
PRICE: $50.00
Additional Location / Trip
DESCRIPTION: If the project requires travel to a second site or a repeat visit on a different day.

PAYMENT: Full payment is due upon final delivery of assets.
AIRSPACE: All flights are subject to FAA regulations and local airspace restrictions. If a special waiver or authorization is required, that cost may be passed to the client.
WEATHER: Flights are weather-dependent. Rescheduling due to poor weather (rain, high winds) will be done at no extra charge.
